Welcome to Jhar Aravali. By making a booking, using our services, or accessing our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment.
  • Full payment must be made before or at the time of check-in.
  • We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash payments. Credit/debit card facilities may not be available at the property.

2. Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in Time: 1:00 PM onwards
  • Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 days prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

4. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the privacy of other guests.
  • Use of illegal substances, loud music after permitted hours, or any unlawful activity is strictly prohibited.
  • Property management reserves the right to deny entry or evict guests causing disturbance or damage.

5. Damage & Liability

  • Guests will be held responsible for any damage to property or amenities caused during their stay.
  • Jhar Aravali is not liable for loss or theft of guests’ personal belongings.

6. Food & Alcohol

  • Outside food and alcohol are not permitted without prior approval.
  • Guests are requested to consume meals in designated areas.
  • Special meal requests (e.g. Jain food, custom menus) should be made in advance.

7. Pet Policy

  • Pets are allowed only on prior request and are subject to approval.
  • Guests must ensure pets are well-behaved and do not disturb others.

8. Photography & Social Media

  • Guests are welcome to take personal photos and share their experience.
  • Pre-wedding or commercial shoots must be pre-approved and booked under event packages.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or service interruptions due to natural calamities, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
